⏱️ Timeframe

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have passed, we can’t offer a refund or exchange—no exceptions.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, email receipt, etc.) is required.

Do not send your item back to the manufacturer. We’ll give you the correct return address if your claim is approved.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable content or digital products

  • Intimate apparel or personal care items

  • Perishables (food, supplements, etc.)

  • Any item marked final sale

🩸 Partial Refund Situations

We may grant partial refunds for:

  • Items returned not in original condition

  • Items missing parts not due to our error

  • Returns received more than 30 days after delivery (on a case-by-case basis)

💵 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with approval or rejection.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Allow a few business days for your bank to process it.

🔄 Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Printed incorrectly

Email support@murderthegym.com with photos and your order number. If approved, we’ll get your replacement rolling.

🎁 Gifts

Returning a gift?

  • If marked as a gift, you’ll get a gift credit for the return value.

  • If not marked, we’ll refund the original purchaser.

📦 Return Shipping

Ship returns to the address provided after approval.

  • You are responsible for return shipping.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For high-value items, we recommend a trackable shipping service or insurance.

👊 No Room for Games

We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges for:

  • Fraud attempts

  • Obvious wear-and-return

  • Any violation of the above terms
